Scope

These terms concern the public website at bylawledger.com. The site introduces Bylaw Ledger, shares educational and illustrative material, and lets visitors join a waitlist or nominate a community. Separate terms would apply to any future customer account or product service.

Waitlist requests

A waitlist or community nomination submission expresses interest. It does not create a customer relationship, provide product access, reserve pricing, promise a consultation, or guarantee selection for a pilot. We may contact you if we need more information or have an update about your request. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle the information you submit.

Examples and interactive preview

Stories, use cases, diagrams, and the embedded application preview illustrate ideas and possible workflows. The preview is not a live community account. Actions in it do not move real money, create an account, or act on behalf of a visitor or community. Feature availability is described on the relevant pages and may differ from the examples shown.

Information and outside sources

The website is for general information. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Communities remain responsible for their own governing documents, applicable law, authorized decisions, and professional advice. Outside sources and linked websites are provided for context; they have their own content and practices, and their inclusion does not mean they endorse Bylaw Ledger.

Using the site

Please use the site and waitlist for genuine inquiries. Do not try to interfere with the site, submit misleading information, or attempt to access private submissions or systems. We may change website content or availability as the project develops.
